Position Title: Pre-Sales / Marketing Executive – Interiors
Department: Sales & Marketing – Interiors

Role Overview
The Pre-Sales / Marketing Executive – Interiors will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, generating qualified leads, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales team in closing business opportunities. The role requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of interior design solutions, and the ability to market the company’s services effectively.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales Activities
- Manage incoming client inquiries via calls, walk-ins, emails, and digital platforms.
- Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences, and prepare appropriate responses.
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams to prepare customized proposals and presentations.
- Create BOQs (Bill of Quantities), quotations, and initial design concepts to share with clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
Marketing & Business Development
- Support the sales team in executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
- Maintain and update marketing materials, brochures, and digital content.
- Assist in brand-building activities by engaging in social media promotions, client reviews, and referrals.
- Generate qualified leads through marketing outreach, networking, and collaborations.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to management.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring professional and prompt responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service support.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, marketing, or client-facing roles (interior design / real estate background preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic interior design concepts will be an added advantage.
