Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Executive to manage daily logistics and dispatch activities. The candidate will coordinate transportation, track shipments, maintain records, ensure timely delivery of materials, and support cost-effective logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, Custom House Agents (CHA), transporters, and shipping lines to ensure smooth dispatch and shipment execution.
  • Handle complete export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading (BL) / Airway Bill (AWB), Certificate of Origin, and other related documents.
  • Track inward and outward material movement.
  • Ensure compliance with export laws, customs regulations, foreign trade policies, and internal company procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain export records, shipment trackers, MIS reports, and related documentation.
  • Follow up with transporters and vendors for timely delivery.
  • Negotiate with transporters and vendors for better pricing and services.
  • Identify and implement logistics cost-cutting initiatives.
  • Monitor transportation expenses and optimize delivery planning.
  • Prepare shipment documents and reports.
  • Ensure proper packing and dispatch of materials.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams.
  • Proactively resolve shipment-related issues, delays, documentation discrepancies, and customer queries.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any field.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
