US Non IT Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented US Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various non-IT roles across the United States. The recruiter should have hands-on experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, and job portals while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and database searches.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, experience, and fitment.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
• Work on various non-IT positions such as Healthcare, Pharma, Engineering, Administrative, Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, and Light Industrial roles.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update internal systems regularly.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in US staffing and recruitment processes.
• Experience working on Non-IT requirements for the US market.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Good understanding of US work authorization types such as USC, GC, H1B, EAD,

• Experience with direct clients and implementation partners.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.

• Shift timings: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
