Job Description:

Meadbery is seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive who will be responsible for managing large sets of data, maintaining databases, and generating accurate reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong command over MS Excel and good knowledge of database management, along with the ability to analyze data trends and present insights in a structured manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
• Manage and maintain company databases with high accuracy.
• Extract, compile, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Create dashboards and performance reports for management review.
• Use advanced Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Accounts teams for data collection.
• Track KPIs and performance metrics.
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve errors.
• Automate reports wherever possible to improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Must Have):

• VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP
• XLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables
• IF / Nested IF
• COUNTIF / SUMIF
• Data Validation
• Conditional Formatting
• Basic Macros (preferred)

Database Knowledge Required:

• Basic understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS)
• Knowledge of SQL (basic queries preferred)
• Ability to manage and organize large datasets
• Understanding of data structuring and data cleaning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Good communication skills

Qualification:

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BCA preferred)
• 6 months to 3 years experience in MIS / Data Management preferred
