IT Technical Recruiter

About the Role

We are building out a SOC and NOC team in Hyderabad and are hiring a Technical Recruiter to drive this effort end-to-end.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role, focused on sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across multiple technical roles. This is not an HR operations role. Your focus is hiring.

What You Will Do

Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Own hiring from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Screen candidates for technical fit and communication
• Coordinate interviews with internal leadership
• Drive offers and close candidates

Hiring Scope

• SOC Analysts (L1, L2)
• NOC Engineers
• SOC/NOC Manager or Director
• General IT roles as needed

Execution

• Manage pipeline in Zoho Recruit
• Maintain consistent candidate flow
• Provide weekly hiring updates
• Adjust sourcing strategy based on results

What We Are Looking For

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience hiring SOC, NOC, or IT infrastructure roles
• Strong understanding of SOC Analyst and NOC Engineer roles
• Experience sourcing on LinkedIn and India job platforms
• Strong English communication
• Ability to work with partial U.S. overlap

Hiring Goal

• Build SOC/NOC team over 6 months
• 5+ SOC/NOC engineers
• 1 SOC/NOC Manager or Director
