Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing onboarding. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

1) End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.

2) Talent Sourcing: Use job portals, social media, and networking to attract top talent.

3) Coordination: Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the hiring pipeline.

4) Onboarding Support: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

5) Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system.

6) Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

7) Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through recruitment marketing.

Requirements:

1) Minimum 6 Months of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.

2) Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.

3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4) Ability to handle multiple job openings and meet hiring deadlines.

5) Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

6) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
