Job Title: Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer – Solar
Location: Noida / Project Sites
Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years
Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer to support the monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems. The candidate should have basic knowledge of solar inverter supply, installation, and maintenance along with overall solar plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform operation and maintenance activities for rooftop and ground-mounted solar power plants.
- Monitor solar plant performance through SCADA / monitoring systems.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of solar equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain solar inverters.
- Troubleshoot issues related to inverters, panels, cables, and electrical components.
- Coordinate with vendors for inverter supply, replacement, and service support.
- Ensure maximum plant efficiency and minimum downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and site documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and safety checks.
- Support commissioning and testing of new solar installations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy.
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and inverter technology.
- Understanding of electrical drawings and solar plant layouts.
- Familiarity with solar inverter brands and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis.
- Ability to work at project sites when required.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with string inverters / central inverters.
- Basic understanding of SCADA monitoring systems.
- Knowledge of DC/AC electrical systems and safety standards.
Experience
- 6 Months to 3 Years in Solar O&M / Solar Maintenance.
