Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and reliable Freelance Graphic Designer who can design professional social media creatives for Param and our client brands.

The primary focus will be creating static posts, carousel posts, informative creatives, promotional creatives, and brand communication designs.

Candidates with a good understanding of branding, typography, layout, and social media design will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design social media static posts for Param and client brands
• Design carousel posts with clear visual flow and readable layouts
• Create clean, professional, and brand-focused creatives
• Follow the brief, brand tone, and visual direction shared by Param
• Maintain consistency in typography, colors, layout, and overall design quality
• Support logo or branding-related work if required
• Suggest creative improvements where suitable
• Deliver work within agreed timelines
• Be open to revisions and feedback to achieve the best final content quality

Skills Required

• Good design sense and understanding of layout
• Strong typography and spacing skills
• Ability to create clean and professional social media creatives
• Understanding of Instagram posts and carousel design
• Ability to design carousels with proper flow and storytelling
• Basic understanding of branding, color consistency, and visual identity
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, CorelDRAW, or similar design tools
• Ability to follow creative briefs properly
• Reliable communication and timely delivery
• Humble attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn

Payment Structure

• Static post: Starting from ₹300 per post
• Carousel design: Starting from ₹100 per slide
• Logo and branding-related work will be paid separately based on effort and complexity
• High-effort, urgent, or premium design work may be paid at a higher rate after mutual discussion

As the volume of work, responsibility, and quality of contribution increases, compensation will be revised accordingly.
