Full job description

  • Customer Engagement: Greeting shoppers, answering questions about products, and offering personalized recommendations to drive sales.
  • Sales & Checkouts: Operating the Point of Sale (POS) cash register, processing cash/card payments, and handling returns or exchanges.
  • Merchandising & Upkeep: Stocking shelves, organizing displays to match company visual standards, and keeping the sales floor clean and organized.
  • Inventory Management: Unpacking new shipments, checking for damaged goods, and updating stock levels.
  • Loss Prevention: Keeping an eye on the sales floor to minimize shoplifting and reporting any security concerns to management.
  • Communication: Being able to strike up a friendly conversation and explain product benefits clearly. Active Listening: Tuning into what a customer actually needs so you can recommend the right solution.
  • Basic Math & Tech Savviness: Counting back change quickly and navigating digital POS systems.
  • Resilience & Patience: Maintaining a positive, calm attitude during peak holiday rushes or when handling an upset customer.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
