Position Overview

Building Outdoor Space is seeking a dynamic, high-energy Sales Executive to drive business growth by engaging with leading architects, interior designers, and high-net-worth individuals across India.

This role focuses on lead generation, relationship management, and technical product presentations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between modular construction innovation and the specific lifestyle needs of both Indian and expat clients, ensuring our sustainable, factory-built solutions become the premier choice for modern living.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and build long-term partnerships with prominent architects, interior design firms, and developers across the Indian market.
  • Client Consultation: Engage with a diverse client base, including expats and luxury homeowners, tailoring presentations to highlight the benefits of passive home solutions and modular glass houses.
  • Technical Demonstrations: Conduct detailed walkthroughs of flat-pack systems, assembly processes, and factory-built framing to provide technical clarity to design professionals.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly revenue targets and expand market share in the sustainable construction segment.
  • Deal Closure: Lead the full sales cycle—from initial specification and project influence to contract negotiation and final deal closure.
  • Smooth Handover: Ensure a seamless transition of confirmed orders to the Project Execution and Operations teams with comprehensive documentation.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven sales experience within the architecture, interior design, or premium construction industries.
  • Market Insight: A deep understanding of the Indian real estate landscape and experience managing the expectations of both local and international (expat) clientele.
  • Sales Record: A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets and closing high-value, technical sales.
