HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to handle overall human resource functions in the organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, attendance & payroll coordination, HR documentation, statutory compliance, performance management, and maintaining company policies.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, leadership ability, and experience in managing HR operations in an industrial or automation-related company.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Prepare HR policies and maintain company procedures
• Coordinate employee performance appraisal activities
• Support training and employee development programs
• Maintain HR MIS reports and monthly HR reports
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning
• Organize employee engagement activities

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Experience in recruitment and employee handling
• Knowledge of payroll and attendance systems
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Leadership and problem-solving ability
• Good organizational and documentation skills

Qualification

• MBA / MSW / Any Degree with HR specialization

Experience

• 3 to 8 years experience in HR functions
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, automation, or engineering companies preferred

Salary

• As per company standards and candidate experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
