Full job description
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring proces
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and joining
formalities of new employees Coordinate employee engagement and HR activities Handle attendance, leave, and daily HR operations Assist in payroll and HR administrative tasks Draft HR emails, reports, and internal communications Support performance management and training activities Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company data
