Position Title
Accounts & Vendor Management Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Vendor Management Executive to oversee financial transactions, vendor coordination, payment processing, and procurement support. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate accounting records, maintain strong vendor relationships, and support smooth business operations through effective financial and administrative management.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Management
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and expense reports.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting activities.
- Ensure timely processing of payments, reimbursements, and statutory compliances.
- Support audits by maintaining organized financial records.
Vendor Management
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery timelines, and service quality.
- Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely material/service availability.
- Maintain vendor contracts, agreements, and documentation.
- Resolve vendor disputes related to billing, payments, or service issues.
- Track vendor payments and outstanding balances.
Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase and payment approvals.
- Maintain procurement and inventory-related records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Assist management with cost control and expense monitoring initiatives.
Essential QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in accounts, finance, procurement, or vendor management roles.
Preferred Certifications
- Tally, GST, SAP, or accounting software certifications preferred.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
