Job Description – Key Account Executive

About the Role
Back2Study is looking for a motivated and student-focused Key Account Executive to support students aspiring to pursue higher education in the United Kingdom. The role involves counselling prospective students, managing university application processes, assisting with mock tests and admission preparation, and driving referrals through campaigns and lead engagement activities.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys student interaction, relationship management, sales-driven counselling, and working in a fast-paced international education environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage inbound and outbound student leads for UK university admissions.
- Guide students through the complete admission journey for undergraduate, postgraduate, and pathway programs in UK universities.
- Counsel students on university selection, courses, eligibility, documentation, and application procedures.
- Assist students with application submissions and coordinate with university partners for offer letters and updates.
- Conduct and coordinate mock tests, interview preparation sessions, and student readiness activities.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly to improve conversion rates and enrolments.
- Generate referrals through campaigns, student networks, and lead engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for visa guidance, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Build strong relationships with students to ensure a smooth and positive enrolment experience.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, telesales, or student recruitment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Good understanding of UK higher education admissions is an advantage.
- Confident in counselling, lead conversion, and relationship management.
- Comfortable conducting calls, follow-ups, and student engagement activities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
