CandorWorks is hiring for Business Development Executives!
We are hiring motivated and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our Tele Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, lead generation, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Executive, you will drive lead generation and sales opportunities through targeted research and cold calling within assigned geographies. Your role includes identifying and qualifying potential prospects, handling objections, and building trust with key decision-makers. By effectively engaging in primary and secondary research, you will gather insights to identify business needs and generate tele-verified and high-quality leads. Success in this role means consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Experience Required:
1+ years of industry experience
1+ years of relevant experience in Business Development or Tele-Marketing
Skills Required:
Should have experience working on BANT, HQL, Whitepaper campaigns, etc.
Should have Excellent communication skills.
Should be Comfortable with Nightshift.
