Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Operations Manager to lead multi-campus operations, ensuring operational excellence, strong client relationships, and consistent business growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities & Outcomes
● Operations & Compliance
○ Ensure adherence to operational processes, metrics, and quality standards
● Client Management
○ Build strong client relationships through regular stakeholder engagement
● Invoicing & Collections
○ Drive timely invoicing and collections with strict SLA compliance
● P&L Ownership
○ Manage regional P&L, ensuring cost control and profitability
● Business Growth
○ Drive upselling and cross-selling to increase business penetration
● Performance Management
○ Track KPIs and drive improvements across operations and financials
● Hiring & Deployment
○ Ensure optimal staffing and efficient resource allocation
Eligibility & Skills
● MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred
● Experience in operations/business management (client-facing preferred)
● Strong understanding of P&L, metrics, and compliance
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
● Strong analytical and execution capability
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
