HIRING FOR QSR OPERATIONS

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our QSR Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service counters, kitchen stations, and work areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels during shifts.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints politely and escalate when required.
• Support team members during peak hours and maintain efficient workflow.
• Follow opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: High School / Higher Secondary or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or QSR( like Mc Donald's, KFC) is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Basic understanding of POS systems is an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
