Your mission is to make every guest feel like a VIP from the second they walk in until they post about us on social media. You’ll maintain our gorgeous restaurant aesthetic, hand out welcome drinks, and vibe with customers to ensure they leave us glowing, positive reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• The Ultimate Welcome: Greet guests with a genuine, beautiful smile and high energy. You set the mood for their whole night!
• Vibe Check & Welcome Drinks: Hand out complimentary welcome drinks and make guests feel instantly comfortable while they get seated.
• Brand Aesthetic & Image: Maintain a sharp, stylish, and professional appearance that aligns with our restaurant's beautiful image.
• Customer Connection: Chat naturally with guests during their visit, ensuring they are having an amazing time.
• Secure the Review: Use your excellent communication skills to lock in positive feedback and gracefully encourage guests to leave us 5-star reviews online before they leave.
