Role: Travel Sales Associate | Experience: Fresher / Sales Training / Sales Internship
Location: Near DLF Cyber Hub, Gurugram | CTC: 30,000 - 80,000 per month (Including Incentives)

Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who are passionate about building a successful career in sales. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to learn and master the complete sales cycle. It also offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable exposure to the dynamic and fast-growing travel industry.
Essential Requirements
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Comfortable attending a 10-day onsite training from our Gurugram office.
- Should be comfortable interacting with US-based customers.
- Passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Strong learning attitude and adaptability.
- Willing to work night shifts from the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable travel packages and services.
- Present and promote travel solutions effectively through consultative selling.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
