Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic, target-driven English-Speaking Travel Sales Agents to join our USA-based Flight Booking Sales Process. The role involves handling inbound PPC calls from US customers looking exclusively for airline tickets and flight-related services.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English (with a neutral or US accent), confident in communication, and capable of assisting international customers professionally while converting flight inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound PPC calls from English-speaking customers based in the USA.
• Assist customers exclusively with flight bookings, itinerary planning, date changes, and airline ticketing.
• Understand customers’ travel requirements and recommend the best routing and fare options.
• Convert flight inquiries into successful bookings to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Build customer trust through professional, accurate, and effective communication.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the flight booking process.
• Maintain accurate records of flight bookings, PNRs, customer information, and interactions.
• Follow company sales procedures and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in English – spoken and written (Neutral or US accent preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous travel sales experience, specifically in US flight bookings, is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of airline routing, fare rules, and booking portals (knowledge of GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a strong advantage).
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
• Confident in handling international (US) customers over the phone.
• Comfortable working US shift timings (Night shifts).
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
