Role Summary

An international real estate and data analytics company with a newly located India office is seeking to recruit a talented digital marketeer to join their expanding team of professionals. The role is suitable for a seasoned candidate who wishes to develop their marketing career with an all-round 360 responsibility and opportunity for exponential growth. The candidate will work as part of an international team.

We are seeking to recruit a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive with experience handling both B2B and B2C brands. The candidate should have prior track record in working with a small, full service digital marketing agency.

Experience should include managing B2B and B2C work for clients including social media content creation and management of Meta, Tiktok, LinkedIn platforms. Working knowledge of text and audio/video short form content creation and editing. Knowledge of CMS management for websites, sound understanding of performance marketing across Meta, Tiktok and Google platforms.

This role requires excellent written and spoken English, with a strong preference for candidates who have prior experience servicing clients based in the UK, Canada, Australia or USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all social media channels and content calendars.
• Create and edit videos, reels, and marketing creatives.
• Execute and optimize Meta and Google paid campaigns.
• Manage CMS updates on websites.
• Drive organic traffic,and lead generation initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and provide analytical reports using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to strengthen brand presence.
• Use HubSpot as the primary marketing and lead management tool to nurture and track leads through the funnel.
• Leverage AI-native platforms to build and scale an effective social media presence from the ground up.
• Take end-to-end ownership of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable ROI.
• Service and communicate directly with clients in the UK and USA, adapting content and messaging.

Salary: INR 2,800,000 + an annual bonus opportunity based on performance

Start Date: 17th August
