Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the stewarding team.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all operational areas.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Implement and monitor cleaning schedules.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist in the training and development of new stewarding staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality management is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a stewarding or similar role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning and sanitation protocols.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
