A CCTV Surveillance Analyst at Susquehanna Management Services Pvt. Ltd. (SMS) monitors live and recorded video feeds to detect security threats, suspicious activities, and compliance issues in a Services Providers environment. This role supports operational security, risk management, and incident response, aligning with SMS’s focus on surveillance for Stores, Travel Plaza's, Restaurants, Hotels and Gas Stations.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously observe multiple CCTV feeds for unusual behavior, intrusions, or policy violations, escalating issues to security teams or management per protocol.
• Document incidents, prepare shift summaries, and maintain logs in English for audits and reporting.
• Troubleshoot surveillance equipment, ensure system functionality, and coordinate with on-site personnel as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High School (Class 12), Diploma or equivalent; prior experience in security, surveillance, or BPO operations preferred.
• Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work shifts in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in English communication, basic IT skills, and familiarity with surveillance software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
