Position: Multi Skilled Technician (MST)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Technician (MST) to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation activities related to electrical, mechanical, and utility equipment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance and be capable of handling multiple technical tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in machines and utilities.
• Perform installation, repair, and replacement of equipment components.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments for maintenance activities.
• Attend emergency breakdowns and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the work area.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Experience in troubleshooting motors, pumps, compressors, panels, and utility equipment.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• ITI / Diploma in relevant trade.
• Relevant work experience in maintenance, facility management, manufacturing, industrial plants, commercial buildings, or service industry.
• Ability to work in shifts, if required.
