Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret user requirements and translate them into effective design strategies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve user experience by incorporating feedback and usability testing results.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Motion Graphics Design.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Visual Design.
• Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Ability to create engaging and dynamic visual content that enhances user interaction.
• Experience with design software and tools relevant to motion graphics and user experience.
• Capability to integrate motion graphics seamlessly within broader user experience frameworks.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Motion Graphics Design.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
