Job Summary:

The Statutory Compliance – Legal Team supports the organization in ensuring adherence to statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements across India. The role is responsible for conducting compliance checks, maintaining governance documentation, monitoring risks, and supporting continuous improvements in compliance processes.

This individual acts as a key link between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely compliance, risk mitigation, and effective communication of statutory requirements.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update compliance calendar, trackers, periodical reports, and repositories.
  • Carry out periodical filings under various labour law enactments and prepare registers & records
  • Handle inspections, audits and ongoing compliance activities under various central and state enactments with the collaboration of internal as well as external stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on compliance issues and risks.

Skills

  • Knowledge and experience of working on labour Laws compliance requirements and familiarity with compliance standards.
  • Good Communication skills
  • Candidate should have good excel skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible to work in a strict timeline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work minimum supervision.

Job Qualification:

Additional Information:
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Law or a related field, along with good knowledge and experience in relevant country compliance.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
