ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a senior, strategic Programme Manager to lead delivery of our Colo-to-Public-Cloud Migration programme for a major enterprise client. You'll govern all workstreams customer migration waves, cloud landing zone buildout, deployment automation, and decommissioning under a single programme framework, while managing executive stakeholders, programme P&L, cross-team risk, and a team of Project Managers driving execution on the ground. WHAT YOU'LL DO ✦ Own programme strategy, governance, and unified reporting framework across all migration workstreams ✦ Lead delivery of customer migration waves, landing zone build, automation & decommissioning tracks ✦ Govern a team of Project Managers — remove blockers, drive accountability, enforce execution rigour ✦ Act as primary point of accountability for C-suite client stakeholders and programme sponsors ✦ Manage programme P&L, vendor/capacity coordination, and commercial change discipline ✦ Own programme-level risk register; escalate cross-workstream impacts before they hit customer timelines ✦ Drive wave readiness gates, quality transitions, and hypercare handovers across all workstreams WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Core Requirements: ✔ 10+ yrs PM/PgM experience; 6+ yrs leading infra or cloud migration programmes ✔ Colo-to-cloud or data centre exit programme experience with multi-workstream delivery ✔ C-suite stakeholder management & executive communication — US enterprise client exposure ✔ Programme P&L ownership, vendor coordination & commercial change discipline ✔ Technical literacy in cloud platforms (Azure preferred) & platform engineering concepts ✔ SDLC, release governance & production environment change management experience
