The Senior Business Implementation Consultant is responsible for delivering consulting/implementation services to customers and defining, improving, and driving best practices across the North America practice within the customer base. The Senior Business Implementation Consultant will also work in pre-sales engagements, during the presentation and/or scoping phases.

• Focus on business requirements gathering, functional solutions, and testing, including conducting business requirement analysis and gap analysis.
• Develop and recommend solutions and strategies for functional solutions based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing business workflow.
• Use industry expertise to spot gaps and pitfalls in business requirements and existing customer processes and steer customers toward an optimal solution.
• Identify and recommend solutions to meet client business requirements, guiding customers through functional options thoroughly.
• Facilitate and lead business process and configuration workshops.
• Work with the Phenom Cloud Project Manager to define the optimum project delivery strategy and plan.
• Provide functional and business leadership to the client as well as the cross-functional delivery team.
• Lead testing and validation of business requirements and functional solutions.
• Work with internal groups to define, deliver, and assist with post-implementation issues.
• Lead specific workstreams within larger implementation programmes.
• Facilitate and lead the delivery of administrator training.
• Provide consulting on the functionality of the Cornerstone OnDemand and Odoo applications and industry best practices.
• Dedicate internal-facing effort (approximately 10% of the role) to ensure best practices, functioning as a subject-matter expert in relevant areas.
• Oversee and guide Learning (and Talent, where required) implementation projects.
• Meet utilization requirements and other KPIs related to individual and practice performance.

• 10 or more years of consulting experience in the HCM space, with more than 7 years of consulting experience in medium/large-scale projects; alternatively, experience on the customer side owning an LMS/HCM product.
• Communication: clear and understandable; articulates complex topics well; presents professionally; strong writing skills.
• Problem Solving: analyzes problems logically to identify root causes; seeks input from a wide range of sources and asks insightful questions.
• Presentation: able to command customer confidence as a subject-matter expert; drives the group to the best applicable solution by applying in-depth product and industry best practices.
• Presentation: projects confidence to help customers make the right decisions, utilizing Cornerstone and industry best practices; able to lead a group discussion.
• Presentation: able to engage with prospective customers during the scope discovery phase and drive discussion towards controlling project scope and schedules.
• Team Collaboration: contributes to overall team success in delivery and pre-sales scenarios; drives the team to complete tasks on schedule and to a high standard of quality.
• Team Collaboration: provides support and guidance to consultants and analysts.
• Customer Satisfaction: understands the fundamentals of customer satisfaction for the software business; establishes trusting relationships with customers.
• Customer Satisfaction: continuously improves and seeks positive feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Initiative: manages tasks with minimal supervision; leads and completes projects with complex customer requirements.
• Initiative: proactively spots and prevents project issues; manages risks and issues resolution; able to lead projects with premier clients.
• Deep subject-matter expertise in relevant practice areas (e.g., learning management, talent management).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of organizational skill, with the ability to coordinate the work of others.
• Degree with a Business major and Technical minor preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office and understanding of the basic Cornerstone technology platform.
• No direct reporting responsibilities in this role.
• Comfortable working US and/or UK client-facing shift hours.
• Right to work in India.

Highly Desirable

• Cornerstone OnDemand certification(s).
• Experience with Odoo functional configuration.
• Change management experience or certification.
• Additional language skills relevant to target markets.
