Software Engineer

What you’ll achieve

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining internal software systems and data-based applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that enable informed steps and operational efficiency.

You will:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack software solutions, including databases, APIs, and user interfaces

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into technical designs

• Troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause checks, and implement enhancements to improve reliability and performance

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and automated test scripts

• Apply modern development tools and practices such as source control, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development or related technical roles

• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and database technologies

• Experience designing and supporting enterprise software systems and internal tools

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with cloud-native or container-based architectures

• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools or integrating applications with AI-based services
