  • Academic Teaching: Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions for MBBS, MD, and PhD students in bacteriology, virology, mycology, parasitology, and immunology.
  • Research & Innovation: Design and conduct independent microbiological research, write grant proposals, and publish findings in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
  • Clinical Duties: Oversee hospital diagnostic laboratories, validate complex tests (e.g., RT-PCR, ELISA, sequencing), and ensure adherence to quality control protocols like NABL or NABH.
  • Mentorship: Supervise thesis projects for junior medical residents, graduate students, and lab technicians.
  • Administrative & Regulatory: Ensure the department complies with medical council or university guidelines, and participate in departmental audits .

Pay: ₹9,999.65 - ₹48,227.14 per month
