Full job description
Center for Sports Injury is looking for a dedicated and organized MRD Executive to manage medical records and documentation processes efficiently within the hospital.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage patient medical records
- Handle admission and discharge documentation
- Ensure proper documentation as per NABH standards
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and billing department
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of patient records
Requirements
- Experience in Hospital MRD preferred
- Knowledge of NABH documentation and compliance
- Basic computer knowledge mandatory
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and responsible work approach
