Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Direct Sales Executive (On-Field) with a proven background as a Medical Representative (MR) or in healthcare sales. In this role, you will drive direct field sales by promoting our healthcare products/solutions directly to doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers. You will leverage your existing network, technical product knowledge, and field relationship skills to expand our market footprint and hit revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Territory & Account Management: Plan and execute daily field visits to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.
• Direct Sales & Revenue Generation: Pitch and sell our healthcare portfolio directly to key decision-makers, securing orders and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), and purchase heads.
• Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct detailed product presentations, explain clinical benefits, and address technical queries from medical professionals.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Order & Payment Processing: Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation and product demo to closing the sale, order booking, and payment collection.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain daily visit logs, track leads in the CRM, and provide timely sales forecasts to regional sales management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field (MBA in Marketing/Healthcare Management is a plus).
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative (MR), Pharma Sales Representative, or Healthcare Field Sales Executive.
• Territory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local healthcare market, medical practices, and key hospital/doctor networks in the assigned territory.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation, pitching, and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build trust and credibility quickly with medical professionals.
• Proficiency in mobile CRMs and basic sales tracking tools.

Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and two-wheeler for daily field travel (80%+ field time).
