Job Summary

KIDS Hospital, a leading multi-speciality hospital in Bhubaneswar, is looking for a dedicated and proactive Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our clinical team. The RMO will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring clinical activities, managing emergency situations, and coordinating with consultants and nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide round-the-clock patient care in wards and emergency units.
• Conduct patient assessment, monitoring, and documentation as per hospital protocols.
• Assist consultants during rounds and follow their clinical instructions.
• Handle medical emergencies efficiently and provide immediate medical support.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and reports.
• Ensure smooth coordination with nursing, diagnostics, and other clinical departments.
• Oversee treatment administration, injections, and medication orders.
• Support hospital quality standards including NABH protocols.

Qualifications

• MBBS / BHMS / BDS/BAMS from a recognized university (MBBS preferred).
• 2–5 years of clinical experience in hospital settings.
• Valid registration with respective medical councils.
• Strong clinical judgment and emergency handling skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and patient-care orientation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
