Key Responsibilities

• Administer, manage, and troubleshoot Veritas NetBackup environments, ensuring successful backup and recovery operations.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain Dell Data Domain storage systems for backup and disaster recovery requirements.
• Ensure data protection, integrity, and availability through regular backup validation, restoration testing, and performance optimization.
• Support and manage Cyber Recovery solutions, including Dell CyberSense, to safeguard critical business data.
• Monitor backup jobs, identify failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, storage, and security teams to ensure adherence to backup and recovery policies.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation, reports, and backup compliance records.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior backup administrators and support team members.
• Participate in incident management, change management, and disaster recovery activities.

Required Experience & Skills

• 7-8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Veritas NetBackup administration.
• Strong knowledge of backup, restore, disaster recovery, and data protection concepts.
• Experience managing Dell Data Domain appliances.
• Knowledge of Cyber Recovery and Dell CyberSense solutions is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in Veritas NetBackup, Backup & Recovery, or Storage Technologies will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
