Technical Research Engineer

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills and performance)

Location: Gandhipuram, Coimbatore
Work Mode: Full-Time | In-Office Only (No Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Research Engineer to support AI/ML and Computer Science research projects.

This role is suitable for M.E./M.Tech graduates, PhD scholars, or candidates with a strong interest in research and technical writing. Prior publication experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

You will work closely with senior researchers and gain hands-on experience in research paper development, thesis preparation, literature review, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in literature review and reference collection
• Prepare research summaries and technical documentation

• Assist in preparing tables, figures, and result analysis
• Learn publication standards and research methodologies
• Collaborate with senior researchers on assigned projects

EligibilityEducation

• M.E / M.Tech (Preferred)
• PhD Scholar
• B.E / B.Tech with prior experience as Research Analyst/Research Associate and strong technical writing skills

Experience

• Freshers are welcome
• Up to 2 years of experience in technical writing or research-related work

Required Skills

• Good written English
• Basic understanding of research methodology
• Interest in AI/ML or Computer Science domains
• Ability to learn and follow academic writing standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IEEE format
• Exposure to journal papers or project reports
• Familiarity with reference management tools
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts
