Money in the bank (via bank transfer)

At Indeed, you’ll be paid monthly on the last working day of the month. As part of your on-boarding, you will be required to provide your local bank details to facilitate the payment via bank transfer.

Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

Indeed’s equity-based incentive program.

Restricted Stock Units or “RSUs” are equity-based incentives issued by an employer in the form of company shares. At Indeed, RSUs allow recipients to receive shares, subject to vesting and other conditions, in our parent company, Recruit Holdings. Recruit is traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in Japan under symbol 6098.T.

Introduced in 2021, RSUs support long-term value creation and alignment with company performance.

RSUs may be granted to eligible employees as part of Indeed’s total rewards approach. For roles eligible for RSUs, employees will receive a new hire grant value and grant date in their offer letter.

Provident Fund and Pension

Indeed contributes to the Employee Provident Fund (EPF) as per applicable law.

We also provide employees with pension benefits through various Government Pension Schemes

Group Personal Accident

Employee only cover.

Permanent Total Disablement is paid out based on sum insured as per employee grade. Temporary Total Disablement 1% of sum insured or 5000 INR per week whichever is the maximum for a period of 104 weeks.

Disablement coverage is only available in the event of an accident.

Group Term Life Insurance & Terminal Illness (incl. Critical Illness)

We've got you covered.

Indeed’s group life insurance cover means that in the event of your death whilst being employed by Indeed (critical illness or accident), your loved ones will receive a lump sum amount.
