Job Opening – Executive (B.Pharma)
Position: Executive – Pharmaceutical Operations / Documentation
Location: Delhi (Okhla )
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified B.Pharma graduate with 2–3 years of experience to support office-based pharmaceutical operations, documentation, compliance, and coordination activities. The candidate should possess strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage pharmaceutical and regulatory documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational reports, and maintain records.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, hospitals, and internal departments.
- Review and verify pharmaceutical data and compliance documents.
- Assist in quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities.
- Support procurement and inventory-related documentation.
- Handle email correspondence and administrative tasks.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) from a recognized university.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical operations, documentation, compliance, or related office-based roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
