Job Summary

The Collection Officer (CO) is responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, loan processing support, KYC verification, customer follow-up, repayment monitoring, and field operations. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer enrollment and membership-related activities.
• Support new customer acquisition and promote company products/services.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and self-help groups.
• Collect and verify KYC documents from customers.
• Conduct field visits and customer verification activities.
• Enter and update customer information in the system/application.
• Perform customer eligibility assessment and CIBIL/CB checks.
• Ensure proper documentation and process completion within the defined timeline.
• Explain loan products, repayment schedules, and company policies to customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide necessary support.
• Monitor repayment collections and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Conduct field-level inspections and verification processes.
• Organize customer meetings and awareness sessions.
• Maintain daily activity reports and operational records.
• Achieve assigned business and collection targets.
• Manage a customer portfolio of approximately 600–800 customers.

Pay: From ₹12,500.00 per month
