In India, all private and public offices give their staff members national and restricted holidays. Every year, a list of holidays is created in advance. Indians love to celebrate all holidays since their country is rich in culture and diversity. There are numerous festivals throughout the year, thus businesses should compile a public holiday list for their staffs. Prior to the beginning of the fiscal year, the HR department should plan the holiday schedule with the help of the national holiday list from the government portal. The internal portal of the companies should have a list of holidays available for reference.
