Electrician responsibilities and duties
The responsibilities and duties section is the most important part of the job description. Here you should outline the functions this position will perform on a regular basis, how the job functions within the organization and the title of the manager the person will report to.
- Inspect all community spaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns
- Respond to tenants’ requests for maintenance services, including replacing air filters, installing new locks and troubleshooting smoke detectors
- Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems in tenants’ units as required
- Ensure the parking lot and sidewalks are free from litter and debris
- Maintain sprinkler system and trash receptacles on the premises
