We’re looking for an experienced Travel Agent to join our team and become a crucial element in our success. The ideal candidate will have some travel experience under his or her belt and be familiar with both domestic and foreign destinations. We offer some on-the-job training, but we need someone who can start performing on day one.

Travel Agent responsibilities and duties

The responsibilities and duties section is the most important part of the job description. Here you should outline the functions this position will perform on a regular basis, how the job functions within the organization and the title of the manager the person will report to.

  • Make reservations for planned travel, including hotels and airlines
  • Follow up with clients about travel plans and make adjustments as needed
